By placing an order with Mon Rituel you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment — All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Right of Withdrawal — In addition to your statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal for unopened products, Mon Rituel offers a voluntary 30-day return policy — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Product Information — Mon Rituel products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Please consult a physician if you have specific skin concerns. Product descriptions reflect general suitability for most skin types; individual results may vary.

Liability — Mon Rituel's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual Property — All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of Mon Rituel and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law — These terms are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
