We make our products with care and we stand behind them. If you're not happy with your Rituel within 30 days, contact us at support@monrituel.eu — we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Just tell us what's wrong; no long forms needed.

About results — natural skincare works best with consistent use, so give it a little time. Not sure how to use a product? We're happy to guide you.

EU right of withdrawal — In addition, you have the standard 14-day EU right of withdrawal for unopened products.

Skin reaction? — Include a photo in your message so we can help you properly.

How it works — Email support@monrituel.eu within 30 days. Return shipping is at your own cost (unless the item was faulty or incorrect). We refund to your original payment method once we've processed your return.
